PROPELLER sits at the heart of the artist empowerment revolution. Through our FREE artist membership scheme, we want to work with early-career and established music creators with huge potential, to help you develop your creative practice, build your audience and establish robust career foundations.

To become a PROPELLER member, firstly fill out the short form below. This will get you set up on the website so you have access to all member opportunities. One of the team will then be in touch with you to fill out a bigger registration form, which will provide us with all we need to get you started and also help us provide our funders with information that they need about the music creators they are supporting.

Our members are all allocated a lead mentor and provided with a development plan which helps shape the conversations you have with them, whether that’s online or at Future Yard. You also have access to a useful resource bank, demo listening sessions, access to an in-depth programme of workshops and masterclasses to help you progress creatively and professionally, and more!

PROPELLER is ongoing, so this support is here to access when you need it. You are not kicked off the programme after a limited time, we’re here whenever you need us and the community of other music creators that you will have around you.

We’re here to support you as music businesses, help you with your releases, live strategy, funding applications and to help you reach your potential creatively, too. There are also many perks to joining PROPELLER, including free gig tickets, drinks offers and more. We’d also like to help you put on your own headline show at Future Yard!

We recommend all new members book an hour for their first mentor session to find out exactly what you can benefit from and also fill the team in on what would be useful for you, too.

The more you engage, the more you get out of it. We tailor our workshops and masterclasses to your needs based on mentor discussions. We’re here to fill your gaps in knowledge and help build your artist projects and bands to take advantage of competitive opportunities and to navigate the music industry, too. There are also live opportunities at Future Yard that are ring-fenced for our PROPELLER community, such as performances at Future Yard’s flagship events, including Future Now. There is a direct link between our mentor team and the bookings team at Future Yard, so we can help you gain suitable opportunities when you can make the most of them.

To join in, once you’ve completed the form and have received an automated email to set up your password, a member of the Propeller team will get you set up and send some info over so you can get cracking. Once you’ve got your login, you can access all the member-specific sessions on the programme page.

PROPELLER is open to all Liverpool City Region music creators. If you do not live in our region, we can’t accept you on to the programme. This programme is funded by the UK Shared Prosperity Fund in partnership with Wirral Council, alongside PRS Foundation’s Talent Development Network. This combination of funding means that we can provide dedicated business support whilst helping you become the best version of yourself, whatever stage you’re at.
