This high-quality, audio-treated rehearsal studio includes:

1 x Bass Amp
4 Piece Drum Kit (Bass, Floor Tom, Single Rack Tom) with Hi-Hat, Crash and Ride Cymbals included.

All Future Yard backline is pro standard and well-maintained. We have a range of Yamaha, Premier and Pearl kits. Plus Blackstar, Orange, Hartke + Fender amps. We cannot guarantee which backline will be in the studio.

As standard, two vocal mics are available for each studio. We can try and accommodate any additional needs; however, we cannot guarantee we can accommodate if they are in use elsewhere at Future Yard (e.g. if there is a gig on, open mic, etc.)

If you require any additional equipment that we do not provide from the list above we recommend you supply it yourself.

Please note: We do not supply drumsticks or guitar cables.

Please keep our rooms tidy for other users by putting rubbish in the bin, respecting our equipment and resetting the room after your session.

Please ensure that only members of your band are present in the room during your practice; this is due to fire and safety reasons.

AVAILABILITY
Studio available to book between 10am and 11pm. i

DIMENSIONS
Studio Three is 21 square metres (approx 225 square feet), ideal for 1-5 members including amps and drum kit.

PARKING
Future Yard does not have designated parking. It is well serviced by public parking on Argyle Street and a number of public car parks in the area (Argyle Street, Hinson Street, Duncan Street). The Hinson Street car park is only 200 yards away from the venue load-in: it is free after 6pm and only £1 per hour during the day. Read our How To Get Here guide for full details.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your booking or re-arrange to a different date/time (subject to availability) by emailing propeller@futureyard.org.

Refunds can be issued only by emailing us (cancelling it through your booking will not automatically issue a refund). If you are cancelling your booking with less than 48 hours notice, we will not issue a refund but can re-arrange your booking.
