TEMPLATE: INVOICE
This is a basic invoice template you can copy and paste onto a document. The business that is paying your invoice may provide you with a purchase order (PO) or a reference (REF) to include. In the description, make sure you provide all useful information and assume the individual who is paying your invoice does not know what it is for at all. For example, if it's a gig - include the event name, venue and date of the performance and state it was a performance. When you start getting paid overseas, include your IBAN and SWIFT bank details below your existing account details.
